You make me laugh!! I love your sense of humor!! I can’t eat this recipe because I am SUPER sensitive to hot things for some reason nowadays but if I mellow it down to no hot stuff or sausage I could make this. Except I think my fish sauce is way out of date. It is also a high chance it has been riding around in the back of my car for a year or more!! 😅 I meant to take it home and never got it out of the car.

This can also be done with Ham ladies and gents. I agree with her recepiet and how I was taught to make this from my mother straight outta Bangkok. 43 years and still holds a place in my heart. Very easy and fast to make if your looking for something to fill you up and in no time. If I dont have thai peppers, I use Sriracha. Ive used, chicken, beef, ham or any type of sausages.
